Valider (hereinafter referred to as “Valider,” “us,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”) has created this Privacy

2. How We Use Your Information

9. Children’s Information.
The Website is intended only for users over the age of eighteen (18). If we become aware that a user is under
thirteen (13) (or a higher age threshold where applicable) and has provided us with Information, we will take
steps to comply with any applicable legal requirement to remove such Information. Contact us if you believe that
we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected Information from a child under the age of thirteen (13).
10. Aggregate and De-identified Information.
We may aggregate and/or de-identify any information collected through the Website so that such information can
no longer be linked to you or your device (“Aggregate/De-Identified Information”). We may use
